Westwood Associates, Inc. is a young residential real estate company
owned by its principals Chris Christopher and Sotir Papalilo. As
principals of the company we collectively bring over 50 years of
experience in planning, development, construction and marketing of
over 1,000 single-family and condominium homes throughout central
and eastern Massachusetts.
Together our success can be attributed to our experience in land
development, designing and constructing aesthetically pleasing homes
at prices that properly reflect existing market conditions, and most
importantly, our total dedication to customer satisfaction. We know,
for example, that buying a home is more than just finding the right
house for the right price. Our customers acknowledge our public
service and conscious work ethic. Furthermore, our customers have
